Role & Responsibilities
- Academic leadership - curriculum planning, result monitoring and UP Board exam preparation
- Student discipline, attendance and overall welfare
- Coordination with teachers, parents and the management committee
- Maintaining school records and compliance with board / department guidelines
- Encouraging co-curricular, sports and cultural activities
